'Almost Heaven Outfitters lease is the real hunter paradise! This is a difficult yet extremely rewarding place to have the privilege to hunt. In just the few short days I spent at this amazing archers heaven I was so rejuvenated about the sport. This is the kind of place that mixes the true reward of do it your self hunting with the amazing knowledge of a group of fellow archery hunters. In just the first few minutes of meeting David Poerio I felt like I was just invited to hunt a good friends new hot spot. Davids passion for this property and the animals on it is a breath of fresh air. Because of Davids amazing level of passion for the whitetails here he has developed quite the following of incredibly talented and dedicated archers. These guys hunt here every year regardless of whether they kill deer or not just because of the uniqueness of it. This type of property offers the unique challenge of being able to focus on one mature deer for several years without the worries of high pressure hunting. David has enough land and the right amount of knowledge of it that he is able to space people out in just a way that you can focus on your own large plot of ground for years. It is like your reserving your own huge piece of ground that just so happens to have huge mature mountain bucks living there. I for one can not wait till I can start my own chase on one of these amazing animals.
